Andaman is simply one of the best tourist destination in India and best seashores in the world. If you are yearning for tranquil holiday, consider no more. 

In Andaman you have a great opportunity to visit untouched and unseen locations. So come and relax in paradise, where beaches and coconut trees with Sun, Sand & Sea waiting for you!

In the beginning, I was little apprehensive of Andaman as it looks little off limit from mainland. However, it is very approachable from both sea and air. My holiday commences from arrival at Port Blair by flight. Warm welcoming air greeted me.

Since, it was evening I travelled to my hotel in Port Blair which is very well located near local market. Cabs and public transports are easily available and locals are very friendly. Checked-In the hotel, had my dinner and off to bed.

PORT BLAIR:  is great city like any metro city with hustle and bustle, still different from other cities.

Since, Andaman and Nicobar Islands were veiled in enigmatic for eras because of their solitariness. Sparkling like emeralds in the Bay of Bengal, the islands are the epitome of beauty and present a picturesque and charming landscape.

The dense flora which cover these islands and the untold striking flowers and birds create a highly rhythmical and romantic atmosphere. Envision white beaches on the edge of a curvy shoreline, palm vegetation swaying to the rhythm of the ocean,

and strikingly decorated fish swimming in sparkling waters. The beauty creates a great dreamy impression. 

Next day, post a delicious and sumptuous lunch, I proceed to Anthropological Museum and Naval Fisheries Museum which is closed on Mondays. This place portrays a glimpse into the way of life of the Paleolithic Islanders. It also showcases the replicas of the aborigines and their gears & tools. Enriching with new insight about the Islanders, which took me couple of hours. I started for my next destination.

Later in the evening, I returned to the hotel. Enjoyed my dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Port Blair.

This ends my stay in Port Blair and I bid good bye to it with beautiful memories to cherish for lifetime … To be continued.
